Pinarayi tables solar commission report in assembly
 
(Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 9, 2017, DG):In a new development in the solar case, Justice G Sivarajan Commission report was on Thursday tabled by the LDF Government in the Assembly.

Following this, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan detailed the findings of the report and the action taken by the state government on the report.

The Commission has found former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and his office guilty in the scam. The then Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan tried to protect Chandy from legal action

The Commission's findings include attempts by Former Minister Aryadan Muhammed to help Saritha S Nair. It was also found that the previous probe team took a stance in favour of Chandy.

The Commission report's copy will be distributed among MLAs and media representatives.
